Can I upgrade my plan to get access to more features?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any moment to PRO or PRO+.
Which data feed can I connect to the platform?
This means that any broker that can provide a Rithmic feed, can connect to us.

How many computers can I use on one subscription?
You can run the software on two different computers simultaneously.
The installation can be done on more computers. To have it activated on a different computer than the two you already activated, you can manage your activations in the Member Area and deactivate the one you will not need anymore.
Until when is the discount active?
We have a 25% discount on the Pro subscription. This discount is valid until … The 25% saving on the yearly subscription is valid at all times.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
For the software licenses, the user can request a refund within 14 days of making a purchase. For the educational products, there is no refund available as it’s not possible to ‘unlearn’ what we teach. For the 1-on-1 coaching, there is no refund. Coaching seats are limited. If you take a coaching seat, it means somebody else cannot.
